LemTech Holdings places great importance on employee well-being. In addition to making statutory retirement contributions and providing social insurance in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, the Company actively implements a wide range of non-monetary benefit programs. These initiatives are designed to foster a healthy, inclusive, and supportive workplace culture, while promoting work–life balance and a strong sense of belonging among employees.

Health and ProtectionLemTech Holdings values the health of every supervisor and employee and offers subsidies to cover the cost of health check-ups for all employees.
Culture and ActivitiesThe Company organizes domestic and overseas trips, departmental gatherings, and festive celebration events on an irregular basis to strengthen team cohesion and workplace interaction. In addition, an annual year-end celebration is held to recognize and express appreciation for employees’ dedication and hard work throughout the year.

Retirement Plans and Long-Term Security

【Headquarters】 The Company’s retirement contribution system is divided into two categories. In compliance with applicable laws and regulations, retirement contributions are made on a monthly basis and in full.

Retirement benefits provided under the Labor Standards Act (Old System):

(1) A retirement fund of 2% of the total monthly salary of employees shall be allocated to the Labor Retirement Reserve Supervisory Committee and deposited in a special account at the Bank of Taiwan in the name of the committee. If, before the end of the year, it is estimated that the balance in the special account is insufficient to pay employees who are expected to meet retirement requirements within the year, the difference will be paid in one lump sum before March of the following year.

(2) Retirement Eligibility and Payment of Pension: An employee who meets any of the following conditions may apply for retirement and his/her pension will be calculated based on his/her years of service and average salary in the six months prior to his/her retirement.
a.Worked for more than 15 years and aged 55 or above
b.Worked for more than 10 years and over 60 years old
c. Those who have worked for more than 25 years

Retirement funds allocated in accordance with the Labor Pension Act (New System):
(1) A retirement fund of 6% of the employee’s monthly insured salary is allocated to the individual account of the Bureau of Labor Insurance. When an employee reaches the age of 60, he or she may apply for a retirement fund from the Bureau of Labor Insurance.

Occupational Safety and Health Policy and Objectives

LemTech is committed to creating a safe, healthy, and injury-free workplace, while proactively mitigating potential impacts and risks arising from its operations to stakeholders, in pursuit of sustainable operations. Through the ongoing communication and promotion of its Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) policies, and with dedicated OSH units at each site responsible for daily oversight and the implementation of related management measures, the Company ensures that these policies and systems are effectively executed at the operational level.

Occupational Safety and Health Management System

The Company’s headquarters is located in a commercial office building, and its operations primarily involve administrative, finance, human resources, and management functions, without physical manufacturing activities or high-risk operational processes. In view of the relatively low risk profile, the headquarters is currently not included within the scope of ISO 45001 certification. Nevertheless, the headquarters continues to implement fundamental safety management measures in accordance with Company policies, including the maintenance of fire safety facilities, emergency evacuation drills, personnel safety management in common areas, and general health protection measures.

Among the Company’s major subsidiary production sites, two have obtained ISO 45001 certification for their Occupational Safety and Health Management Systems, covering manufacturing, warehousing, maintenance, and other high-risk operational activities, with dispatched and outsourced personnel included within the scope of management. The workplaces covered by the system include production lines, warehouse areas, maintenance workspaces, and logistics corridors. In accordance with internal policies, regular risk identification and hazard inspection activities are conducted to ensure effective risk management.
