Lemtech Precision Material (China) Co., Ltd proudly launched its inaugural Summer Care Program for Employees’ Children, a meaningful step toward enhancing work-life balance and supporting our team’s family needs.

In partnership with the Zhangpu Township Youth League Committee, the Township Federation of Trade Unions, and the Kunshan Committee for the Care of the Next Generation, this program brings summer care directly into the workplace – supporting our employees from dual-income families or single parents households.

At the kickoff ceremony, we also unveiled the Lemtech Committee for the Care of the Next Generation, underscoring our commitment to employee welfare and youth development.

Over the next 25 working days, 36 Lemtech employees’ children will enjoy a safe, nurturing environment filled with academic support and engaging activities. Beyond tutoring and creative workshops, the program introduces unique experiences like:
